What We Look For:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in your core industry and functional area.

Demonstrated success applying AI in real-world business contexts, including:
- Developing and implementing AI strategies that delivered tangible business outcomes.
- Leading AI-driven digital transformations within specific industries (e.g., healthcare, retail, finance).
- Designing and deploying AI solutions that improved efficiency, customer experience, or generated new revenue streams.
- Experience in AI/ML model building, data strategy, or responsible AI governance.

Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business insights for executive audiences.

Commitment to responsible AI principles and ensuring AI solutions are aligned with ethical and business objectives.

Ability to collaborate effectively within the WallBridge delivery model, adhering to our internal frameworks, SOPs, and policies to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Preferred Education & Certifications:

Master’s or PhD degree in a relevant technical or business field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science) combined with significant industry experience.

Bachelor’s degree with substantial, demonstrated industry experience and a strong track record of AI application.

Relevant industry and technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, PMP, Security+, AI/ML specializations from recognized institutions).
